Annual Spring Fair – 13th November 2021

At Pathways Steiner Kindergarten in Rotorua we hold an annual Spring Fair in November. This is a fun family day, and is an important fundraiser for us.

You will find various wonder-filled stalls, including:

  • Craft Stall – a very popular stall with a variety of handmade toys and other items
  • Christmas decorations – handmade
  • Café
  • Children’s café
  • Cake stall
  • Plant stall
  • Story telling
  • Cookie Garden – this is a magical cave tunnel created inside the kindergarten with all sorts of things to spot along the way, and at the end the child can choose a cookie.
  • Lucky Dip – memorable and sells out – many many pockets in a huge hoop skirt that is worn by someone from the kindergarten!
  • Face-painting
  • Candle dipping – beautiful colourful candles are made by dipping in different coloured waxes.
  • Real fruit ice-creams (pure frozen banana!)
  • Kid’s games – e.g. treasure hunt in the sand pit
  • Our Raffle with fabulous prizes –$2 a ticket, or 3 for $5
  • Second hand, quality children’s clothes made mostly from natural fibres as per Steiner philosophy.
